The Role
As a Senior Account Director, you will drive Seedtag's commercial growth by developing new business opportunities and growing strategic client relationships across the New York market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver consultative solutions that create long-term partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Your Challenge
As a Senior Account Director, you will:
Drive new business growth while managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic advertiser, agency, and trading desk accounts across the New York market.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor and identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiations, contract execution, and successful client onboarding.
Collaborate with Growth, Client Success, Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored commercial solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and CRM discipline while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive trends to support commercial strategy and Seedtag's continued growth in the region.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or technology, with a proven track record of driving new business and growing strategic accounts.
Strong network of advertisers, agencies, holding companies, and trading desks across the New York market.
Deep understanding of the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem, including contextual, managed-service, and data-driven solutions.
Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales cycles, executive relationships, and complex commercial negotiations.
Strong commercial, presentation, and analytical skills, with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Fluent in English.
