About the Role
Seedtag is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Central America and Miami. This role will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks while driving revenue growth and expanding Seedtag's market presence.
The ideal candidate combines strong consultative sales skills, deep digital advertising expertise, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with senior client and agency stakeholders. Based in Colombia, this person will manage a portfolio of key accounts and be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the region.
Your Challenge
As Senior Sales Manager, you will:
Own and exceed revenue targets across Central America and Miami by driving new business growth.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Develop trusted relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks, acting as a strategic advisor.
Lead commercial negotiations, client presentations, and business reviews to maximize account growth and retention.
Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to expand Seedtag's regional presence.
Partner with Marketing, Client Success, Ad Operations, and Product teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM reporting, and contribute to regional commercial planning.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, ad tech, programmatic, or related industries.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing and growing relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and senior decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of the Central America and/or Miami digital advertising market.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organized, with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Fluent Spanish and professional English required.
