We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge
As Sales Manager, you will:
Own and develop half of the Barcelona market, managing client relationships and driving revenue growth for Seedtag’s advertising platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct clients through regular meetings and networking activities.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Manage administrative and operational tasks, including accurate data entry and pipeline management in Salesforce.
Collaborate closely with the local Barcelona team and the wider Spanish sales organization to achieve revenue targets.
Ensure consistent reporting and adherence to internal processes, contributing to overall team performance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bring 2–4 years of experience in sales within the digital advertising industry.
Have a strong understanding of the media agency landscape and programmatic ecosystem.
Are comfortable managing client relationships and engaging in frequent face-to-face interactions.
Demonstrate a results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Have experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and maintaining disciplined pipeline management.
Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a small team.
Are proactive, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
Feel comfortable balancing commercial activities with administrative responsibilities.
Have a high level of English proficiency (Catalan is a plus).
