Agency Sales Manager
We’re looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join our team in London and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge
As Agency Sales Manager, you will:
Drive revenue growth by selling digital advertising solutions directly to media agencies and advertisers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and client stakeholders across your assigned patch.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow your portfolio and unlock new business opportunities.
Leverage your existing network and market knowledge to expand your footprint in the UK market.
Position contextual advertising solutions as a key part of clients’ media strategies.
Deliver compelling, insight-led pitches showcasing technology, innovation, and value proposition.
Identify and convert new revenue opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting, consistently working towards ambitious revenue targets.
Contribute to the collaborative and dynamic culture of the UK Sales Team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales within the digital advertising industry.
Can demonstrate a good level of knowledge of the digital media industry.
Have a proven track record of building a network of agency customers.
Represent Seedtag to build relationships and partnerships with agency customers by raising awareness of our capabilities.
Able to think strategically, identifying opportunities and ways to demonstrate the benefits of Seedtag so our partners can apply our solutions to the challenges their customers face.
Generate excitement about our digital advertising platform, and be able to increase our product sales through original solutions and proactive pitches to clients.
Build a reputation for service, support, insight and knowledge to become the main point of contact on a daily basis within your nominated agencies.
Develop a deep understanding of the agencies you are responsible for across all clients, verticals and internal agency teams - programmatic, planning, trading and buying.
Identify new business opportunities and new ways of working to achieve preferred partnership status within your agencies.
Achieve and overachieve your quarterly sales goals as set by your manager.
Accurately forecast and report your monthly sales/close sales in the commercial pipeline.
You are energetic, goal-oriented and eager to work in a young, dynamic AdTech environment.
Have strong communication skills and are not afraid to take risks.

Candidate must have a native level of the English language.
