The Role

As VP of Publishers Partnerships, you will lead and scale Seedtag’s publisher partnerships strategy across the region, driving supply growth, monetisation, and long-term strategic relationships.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing team and positioning Seedtag as a key monetisation partner for top-tier publishers in LATAM.

Your Challenge

As VP Publisher Partnerships, you will:

• Define and execute the publisher strategy across LATAM, ensuring sustainable growth of premium inventory.

• Build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with top publishers, media groups, and networks.

• Lead negotiations and commercial agreements with key partners, focusing on long-term value creation.

• Drive revenue growth through supply optimisation, programmatic solutions, and innovative monetisation strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align demand and supply strategies.

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

• Identify new market opportunities, including CTV, programmatic, and emerging channels.

• Represent Seedtag in the market, acting as a thought leader in AdTech and publisher monetisation.
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• +15/20 years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or media, with a strong focus on the publisher side.

• Deep expertise in programmatic, monetisation, and supply-side ecosystems.

• Proven track record in managing large publisher portfolios and strategic partnerships.

• Strong leadership experience, managing regional or multi-country teams.

• Solid network within LATAM publishers, media groups, and the programmatic ecosystem.

• Commercial mindset combined with strategic vision and execution capability.

• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Native or fluent Portuguese (mandatory), strong Spanish skills, and good working proficiency in English.
